EARTH Creatures Disclaimer EARTH Creatures – Purchase & Ownership Disclaimer By purchasing any animal from EARTH Creatures, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: 1. Owner Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly research the species they intend to purchase, including husbandry, diet, enclosure requirements, and long-term care. EARTH Creatures provides general guidance and continuous assistance upon request, but is not liable for improper care once the animal leaves our facility. 2. Permits & Legal Compliance: All required permits or licenses for transporting, keeping, or breeding any indigenous animal are the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers must confirm and secure all necessary permits before finalizing a purchase or taking the animal home. EARTH Creatures does not obtain or apply for permits on behalf of the buyer. 3. Readiness for Ownership: Buyers must have the appropriate enclosure, equipment, and environment fully prepared before collecting or receiving any animal. 4. Animal Health & Condition: Every animal is inspected and guaranteed to be in excellent health and condition at the time of handover. After collection or delivery, EARTH Creatures cannot be held liable for issues arising from transport delays, improper setup, or inadequate care. 5. Collection & Transport: In-person collection is preferred to minimize stress on the animal. Courier or delivery can be arranged at the buyer’s cost and risk. Once the animal is released to a trusted courier or transport service, responsibility transfers entirely to the buyer. By completing a purchase, the buyer accepts these conditions and releases EARTH Creatures from any liability related to ownership, transport, or care of the animal after the point of transfer.
