No guarantees are made regarding temperament, size, colour, sex (unless explicitly stated), fertility, feeding habits, breeding potential or long-term health. Live arrival is not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed to in writing, and only applies if the buyer arranges and pays for professional, same-day courier delivery. Health and Care Animals are believed to be healthy and feeding at time of sale. However, reptiles and exotic pets can be sensitive to stress, environment changes and improper care. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research, prepare and provide appropriate housing, heating, humidity, feeding and veterinary care. The seller is not responsible for any illness, injury or death of the animal after it leaves the seller’s care. No Refunds or Returns All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns will be accepted, except at the seller’s sole discretion. Transport & Shipping The buyer accepts full risk for any issues arising during transport, including delays, loss, injury or death. Transport arrangements are made at the buyer’s risk and cost. The seller may assist with courier recommendations but takes no responsibility for their service. Legal Responsibility It is the buyer’s duty to ensure that any animal purchased is legal to own in their province or municipality. The seller is not liable for any legal consequences, confiscations or fines that result from the buyer’s failure to comply with local or national laws. Advice & Communication Any care advice, guidance or opinions offered by the seller are provided in good faith based on personal experience. They are not professional veterinary or legal advice. The buyer must do their own research and, where necessary, consult with a qualified reptile vet. No Drama Policy The seller reserves the right to refuse service or communication with any individual at their discretion. Abusive behaviour, entitlement, or attempts to create conflict will result in an immediate ban from future sales or support. Indemnity By purchasing from the seller, the buyer agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the seller against any claims, damages, losses, legal costs or consequences arising from the animal or its sale, including but not limited to injury, allergic reactions, escape, or legal disputes.
